You should be 100% satisfied with your purchases. Is this not the case? Then we are more than happy to accept your returns. We do have a few terms:
- Products should be unworn, undamaged, unaltered and unwashed;
- We do not accept returns of tailor made or customized items. This includes products that are engraved with a name;
- The original shipping costs are non refundable.
We value the environment, that is why we compensate for all the CO2 that our courier produces in order to deliver your package . Please, also think green and consider giving away your purchases to a furry furriend who is in need of some cuteness. This helps to minimize your carbon footprint and preserve the planet for future generations. And of course, you are doing something nice for a friend, neighbour or coworker.
Still want to return your product? No problem! Please send us an email at info@puppersandco.com to initiate the return process. You must contact us within 14 days after you receive your parcel. After this period your parcel is no longer eligible for a return. As a customer you are responsible for covering the shipping cost of returns.
We are very sad to hear that. If you have a defective item, please contact our customer service within 3 days after you received your parcel to inform us of the issue. Any claims filed after 3 days will not qualify for a return or replacement. Inform us by sending an email to info@puppersandco.com and please include a description of the damaged products and include clear photos.
Of course we do! Every dog should have the pleasure of wearing some Puppers & Co products. We work together with PostNL (FedEx) for international shipping. This allows us to ship our products to more than 220 countries.
Little fun fact: we compensate for all the CO2 emissions that PostNL (FedEx) creates by delivering the package to your doorstep. We do this through PostNL’s audited CO2 compensation program. So, don’t feel guilty about ordering products all the way from The Netherlands 🙂 #HappyDogHappyWorld
Yes, unfortunately we charge you some shipping costs. We are a small company that has almost no impact on the pricing of international couriers. We prefer to wrap your orders in mail box packages in order to keep the costs down. But please remember, shipping rates are variable and depend on your country’s location and the weight and size of your package.
Wrong shipping address
Did you enter a (partially) wrong shipping address? Please let us know as soon as possible. Since all of our products are custom made for you we can manually change the shipping address. This is only possible if we haven’t shipped your order yet.
Returned to sender
If your package is “returned to sender” due to an incorrect shipping address or any other mistake on your side in the ordering process, you will be responsible for paying the new shipping costs.
Missing package
With every shipped order we include a track and trace number. This way you can always see where your order is. In case of a lost shipping, please file a complaint at PostNL via this link. We don’t refund an order if the supplier loses the package. Having trouble with PostNL? Please contact us via info@puppersandco.com so that we can assist you with your claim.
On all orders below €50,- we charge you full shipping costs. These shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your country’s location and the weight and size of your package. Based on your country’s location we offer a complimentary discount for larger orders:
- The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy and Spain receive:
- Flat rate shipping costs of €4,95 on orders below €50,- ;
- Free shipping on all orders of €50,- and up;
- All other countries in Europe receive:
- Flat rate shipping costs of €6,95 on orders of €50,- and up;
- Free shipping on all orders of €75,- and up;
- All other countries receive a flat rate shipping cost of €11,95 on orders of €50,- and up.
We put a lot of time and effort into designing and producing our bandanas. And, of course, you want to keep them as new for as long as possible. Taking care of your bandanas helps doing this. Believe us, your bandana has a tough life: saliva, mud and dirt, food stains and dog hairs to name but a few examples.
That’s why we recommend washing our bandanas in cold water and letting them air dry. Cold water isn’t getting the job done? Then try washing your bandana using a phosphate-free detergent in cool or cold water on a gentle or delicate machine cycle. Or, if you want to be extra safe, you can hand wash the bandanas instead of using a machine. And, don’t forget that it is ideal if you wash similar colors and fabric types together. This should keep your bandanas as new for as long as possible!
What if your dog really went mental on the bandana and washing it doesn’t help? Our bandanas are double sided with different designs and have the same quality fabric on both sides. So, just flip your bandana around and it looks like new again 😉
When ironing a personalized bandana after washing, we recommend topping the name with a cloth so the name is not damaged.
